Atmosphere was pleasant; wait staff was efficient and friendly. Egg rolls were delicious, as were salads. My husband's shrimp and noodle dish was excellent, but the soy sauce in my eggplant and fried tofu dish was very heavy, making it too salty.

Ordered orange chicken and it came out undercooked, when we showed it to the waiter they told us nothing was wrong with it! Very rude people and very disgusting food. Avoid like herpes

I stand by my original 5 star review. No, it is not what your going to get in San Francisco Chinatown, NY Chinatown, or Vancouver, as I said in the original review, Americanized Chinese, like very good Wan Chai Ferry, or La Choy. I know a lot of Canadians spend at least part of their winter here, it is Marco Island, not home. Everything was perfection again this time. Had the pork won ton soup, Chinese spare ribs & pan fried dumplings appetizers, & for the main course had the seven stars around the moon. DELISH!! Everything was great. See my pics, & thanks again Su, grandmother Su, Son, & staff.

First the positives. The service was great. The person who took my order over the phone and the delivery guy were very friendly. Delivery was also very fast. Unfortunately, it ends there. The food was just not very good. Everything was wet and runny, the chicken had a weird texture to it, and I have no idea what they added to the pan fried dumplings, but they tasted awful. Even the spicy brown sauce that comes with dumplings (I don't know what it's called) tasted ... off. The pork fried rice, on the other hand was very good. It was moist, cooked well and there were large chunks of pork.

Very sorry to say that after two visits to Su's we will not be back. Desperately wanted to like it, since there is no good Chinese food in the Naples area south of Pine Ridge. And the space is sort of old school charming. But the sweet goopy Cantonese fare here is not worth your time.

This was by far the worst Chinese takeout food we have ever had. The vegetarian delight was so greasy we washed the food before reheating it. The vegetables in all the dishes were far from fresh. I almost never write reviews, but in this case I wanted to save others from z bad experience. Save you money.

Don't expect big flavor. Everything we had was good, but almost tasteless. I added some Chinese mustard to my pork wonton soup. That improved it tremendously. I had beef lo mien & chicken wings. My wife had hot & sour soup (good) and chicken with vegetables & fried rice. Even the duck sauce was very mild. It had no apple or plum taste. It seemed to be watered down honey. Price was reasonable. Service & atmosphere were above average.

My wife is a food snob and says its the best Chinese she's had in a long time. I agree. We had takeout so I can't comment on service.

The food is good. Do not go in expecting New York Chinese food.

We got take out from here on our family vacation. I asked a guy at the Walgreens where he gets Chinese food and he rattled off three places, this one being what he called "traditional." Didn't give it 5 stars because wasn't the best I've ever had, but was really good. Our family of 7 all found something they liked to order and no complaints! I tried the General Tso's and the shrimp fried rie, both were delicious. 6 full meals and a few apps for under $85 (without tip) made for a great value.

If you like canned mushrooms and canned pineapple, this place is for you. Not for ne though. The beef was very tender which helped make up for the flavorless curry. I think I had higher expectations. My bad.v

Manage your expectations and you will enjoy the food. Always strange to have a non-asian server but I get over it and eat like I'm going to the chair.

Great service!!! But service does not mean great food. This is the worst Chinese food I have ever consumed, and I have eaten Chinese all over the world. But this is the best service I think we have had on Marco island. So if you want amazing service, but food I would not feed to my pets I would recommend this place.

Food was ok. We had the kung pao shrimp which was flavorful, but there were only 6 small shrimp in the whole dish, the rest was vegetables. The sesame chicken was terrible- inedible. The fried rice was good, with large pieces of pork. We got take out and they only had the packets of the cheap duck sauce and hot mustard which was a disappointment. I would order again, for apps and rice only, No entrees.

This is going to be difficult to review due to the fact that the bar on Marco has set pretty low. First off, I ordered chicken Lo Mein for my daughter and to our dismay the chicken was dark meat. Maybe we're a bit picky, but yuck! The Hunan tofu was ok and the curry chicken (breast meat) was well below average. I asked for white rice and ended up with fried rice which was mushy. It was take-out and I'd certainly voice my opinion if I had the opportunity.

I love this place! Their service is great and mrs. Su is alway so sweet. This place has been around for 30+ years so with that kind of pedigree it's hard to deny. The quality of product is always on point and the crab ran goons are excellent. Definitely best in the area

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
